材料:地瓜粉(或樹薯粉,粒仔粉) 100g
水 300g
砂糖 60g
香蕉油 1/8t
玉米粉 30g

2 平底鍋乾炒玉米粉約4分鐘

3 將炒好後的熟玉米粉灑在盤上,剩下的備用

4 另取一鍋,將180g的水和砂糖煮開後加入香蕉油拌勻

5 開小火,將120g的水和地瓜粉調勻後加入煮滾的糖水中,不斷攪拌

6 攪拌成半透明狀,成團後取出

7 放入沾了熟玉米粉的盤中,以手沾玉米粉壓平整形,放涼

8 放涼後,將涼糕切成小塊,整塊沾粉後,把多餘的粉抖掉
